Bespoke Training
Creating the best experience to meet the needs of your organisation or team.
Our priority with all bespoke training (online and offline) is to create an experience which fits your needs. We can shape the experience according to your available time and your preferred training style.
We are driving major shifts in knowledge and skills
We measure the effectiveness of our training and we are proud that our training delivers a significant shift in knowledge, skills and confidence across all five of our evaluation measures: trauma prevention, recognition and treatment as well as skillset and confidence.

Our online and offline packages always include the following:

FAQ’s
What online platform do you use? We use Zoom for all of our online training.
Do you have a specific group size? No. While smaller groups of 10-16 work more effectively for reflection and questions, we can train larger groups online too and will make use of break-out rooms where needed. When training in person, we can train up to 100 people.
Do you measure the effectiveness of your training? Yes. We send out a questionnaire pre and post training to capture the difference in knowledge.
Do you record the sessions? We can record the sessions for those who cannot attend – this video recording is then hosted on our website and password protected (no additional cost).
Is access to the recording unlimited? To ensure the training we provide is as up-to-date as possible, we can host this recording on our website for no longer than 6 months.
